These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MineComplete platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Platform Services
MineComplete provides a platform for mining infrastructure transactions, including marketplace listings, deal orchestration, evidence management, and Certified Records. The platform facilitates transactions between parties but is not itself a party to those transactions.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, compliance with applicable laws, and fulfillment of obligations in transactions they enter. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Certified Records
Certified Records are generated based on data from connected fleet management tools and represent observed operational metrics. They are not guarantees of future performance or equipment condition. Users should conduct their own due diligence appropriate to their transactions.
Limitation of Liability
MineComplete provides the platform on an "as is" basis and is not liable for transaction outcomes, counterparty performance, or decisions made based on platform information. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
The platform provides structured dispute resolution workflows for transaction-related disputes. Disputes regarding the platform itself or these Terms will be resolved through arbitration.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
